Working Days: 6 days per week, 8am-5pm including 1.5 hours of lunch break

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Coordinator to support quality assurance and quality control activities for our construction and data center projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on site inspections and quality control activities.
• Prepare, organise and maintain QA/QC documents and records.
• Assist in tracking Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection requests and test reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants and the project team on quality-related matters.
• Follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions and outstanding quality issues.
• Maintain inspection records, material approvals and testing documentation.
• Assist in preparing quality reports and project handover documentation.
• Ensure relevant documents are properly filed and updated.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in construction QA/QC is an advantage.
• Familiar with construction quality documentation and inspection procedures.
• Basic knowledge of QA/QC processes, ITPs, NCRs and inspection records.
• Good organisational, communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work on-site and coordinate with different project teams.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
