Role Description The Repairer role at Biig Hands is an ad-hoc, on-site position based in Singapore. The Repairer will handle day-to-day repair and maintenance tasks for business clients, including diagnosing on-site issues, performing minor fixes, and supporting larger repair projects as needed. Responsibilities include inspecting facilities and equipment, carrying out general handyman work (such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, or electrical tasks within competency and safety limits), and ensuring completed work meets safety and quality standards. The Repairer will interact with clients professionally, follow work orders and maintain tools and materials.

Qualifications

• Practical skills in general repairs and maintenance, such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, or minor electrical work.
• Ability to safely use common hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose repair issues efficiently.
• Good communication and customer service skills when working with business clients and team members.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore, including standing, lifting, and performing physical tasks as required.
• Experience in handyman, facility maintenance, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic proficiency in English for reading work orders and documenting completed tasks; familiarity with local languages is a plus.
