About

We're conducting an independent among Senior Leadership working in areas such as HR, Finance, IT and Operation for a large company (more than 1000 employee).

• Format: 60-minute online confidential interview with a moderator
• Compensation: SGD 300 as a thank-you for your time
• Who we're looking for: HR Director, Head of HR, HR Leader, Chief People Officer, Reward and Benefits, or involved in the HR Technology implementation.
• Confidentiality: Responses reported anonymously and in aggregate (unless you agree otherwise)
• No sensitive info: Opinion-based only, no right or wrong answers
• Preferably the Global HQ for your company is located in Asia Pacific

Qualifications

• Currently working as a senior Manager or above in a large company
• Able to discuss the topics in one of these areas:

1. HR Technology, Benefits Program, Reward program or HR, people or workplace technology provider.
2. Budget and operational insight for HR platforms.
3. Data security and management and privacy concerns in HR platforms.

Compensation package - SGD 300 for a 60-minute online interview.
