Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista cum Service Crew to join our team! In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, taking customer orders, providing excellent table service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Craft and serve coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages according to standard recipes and quality standards.
• Customer Service: Warmly greet customers, take food and drink orders at the counter or tables, and answer questions about the menu.
• Cashiering: Process cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Food & Service Delivery: Serve food and drinks to tables promptly and clear/clean tables after guests leave.
• Cleanliness & Operations: Keep the barista station, dining area, counter, and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Stock Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels (milk, coffee beans, cups, ingredients) and restock supplies as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or F&B service crew is a plus (fresh graduates/entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!).
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machine operation (training provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, responsible, and a great team player.
• Able to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts (including weekends and public holidays).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
