Key Responsibilities

Work closely with external vendors and relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy of meter readings and related records.

Handle and resolve customer enquiries and complaints relating to metering matters in a timely and professional manner.

Troubleshoot and investigate meter reading discrepancies to ensure accurate billing.

Manage and maintain the inventory of in-house meters, ensuring sufficient stock and accurate, up-to-date records.

Coordinate daily workflows with vendors and internal departments for periodic meter readings, meter details and related activities.

Participate in job rotation within the Contract Administration function to gain broader exposure and understanding of related operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely meter readings and records.

Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues relating to metering, readings and billing discrepancies.

Investigate and troubleshoot meter reading errors to ensure accurate billing and timely resolution.

Manage the inventory of in-house meters, ensuring adequate stock levels and accurate, up-to-date records.

Coordinate daily operational workflows relating to tenants’ periodic meter readings, meter information and related activities.

Monitor outstanding cases and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion.

Maintain proper documentation and records for metering activities and transactions.

Support the Contract Administration function through job rotation and assist with related administrative and operational duties as required.
