Job Description:

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment processing, and journal entries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in preparing monthly management reports, financial statements, and year-end closing schedules.
• Ensure timely processing of payments, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and tax-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant working experience in accounting or finance is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
