Customer Service Representative

Basic: $2,000 or above (depends on working experience)

(KPI and Multi skill)+ Shift allowance = $200-$600

+OT pay

Location: Changi Airport

Working hour: 6 days per week (rotating shift - morning, noon & night shift)

Job scope:

• Greet passengers upon their arrival and ensure a smooth departure process. This includes checking in and managing various flight and customer requests
• Assist passengers with special needs. This includes helping passengers with reduced mobility, non-English speaking passengers and unaccompanied minors

Benefits:

• 13th month bonus and performance bonus (avrg 1-3 months basic)
• 12 days AL, 14 days MC
• Joining bonus $5,000 (first 6 months $2,500, after 6 months $2,500)

Requirement:

• Good command of written and spoken English
• Able to commit for shift hours

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
