岗位职责
butter tgt is a cafe located in Maxwell, offering brunch, pastas, bakes and specialty coffee. We are looking for team players to work alongside our small and cosy team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and produce cakes, cookies and other bakery items according to set recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
Perform daily baking preparation and operation tasks to meet service demands
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area to comply with food safety standards
Store ingredients and finished products properly to preserve freshness and quality
Monitor product consistency and readiness to ensure items are fresh and meet quality expectations
Other adhoc duties as required, work closely with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations
On the job training provided
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in baking required
Possess good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
