This is role is a better fit for people who:-

• Did/make outbound calls like telesales, inside sales, business development, lead gen specialist, banking sales or similar roles.

• Can prospect, pitch, follow up, close the deal through call / online meetings as well as retain accounts for repeated sales.

• Worked or enjoy working in B2B domain and can deliver sales number.

• Have a good pressure tolerance against rejections & able to work on client feedbacks.

• Can solution sell to the client using their own way without needing scripts.

• Confident in their English & Mandarin communication skills.

Here's a realistic preview of the job:-

• Make calls everyday to the clients that was park under your account.

• Deliver & negotiate quotations to lock / close the deal.

• Consistently follow up with customers even after the deal is closed.

• Work closely with CX team to align ad-hoc requests from customers.

• Attend monthly upskilling training programme conducted by team leads/trainers.
