Responsibilities

• Manage production system user access
• Raise and process purchases in SAP and Ariba
• Maintain training and competency records
• Track maintenance schedules and service reports
• Coordinate contractor onboarding and work permits
• Compile production, safety and quality reports
• Support audits (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EHS)

Requirements

• [Diploma / Nitec or equivalent] in a relevant field, or 2+ years of administrative experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
• Experience with SAP and/or Ariba purchasing processes
• Experience maintaining records, documents or training and compliance files
• Familiarity with audit requirements (ISO 9001 / 14001 / EHS) is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word in particular)
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal teams
