About the Role

We’re looking for a Learning Experience Developer (LXD) to help us reimagine how professional training is designed, delivered, and experienced.

This role sits at the intersection of education, design, and technology. You’ll work closely with trainers, subject-matter experts, and internal teams to turn complex training content into engaging, learner-centred experiences — across digital, blended, and in-class formats.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop engaging learning experiences for professional and safety-related training programmes

Transform traditional training materials into modern, structured, and interactive formats (e-learning, videos, activities, assessments)

Apply learning design principles such as adult learning, instructional design, microlearning, and experiential learning

Collaborate with trainers and subject-matter experts to structure content logically and effectively

Support the development of digital learning assets including slides, storyboards, scripts, LMS content, and simple interactive modules

Continuously review and improve learning materials based on feedback, outcomes, and learner behaviour

Stay curious about new learning technologies, tools, and methods — and test what works

What We’re Looking For

Background in Learning Design, Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, Communications, or related fields

Strong interest in learning experience, education technology, or digital training

Ability to break down complex information into clear, engaging learning flows

Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Canva, LMS platforms, basic video or authoring tools)

Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders

Detail-oriented, structured, and thoughtful in your approach to learning design

Curious, proactive, and open to experimentation

Fresh graduates with strong portfolios, internships, or project experience are welcome.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Rise, H5P)

Basic understanding of UX or content design

Experience designing training, workshops, or educational content

Interest in workplace learning, professional training, or EdTech

Absolute Kinetics Consultancy (AKC) Pte Ltd officially opened for business on 18th April 2001.

AKC is an Approved Training Organisation appointed by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to provide a wide range of courses approved by Ministry of Manpower (MOM), SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC), & Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).

Its clientele list includes SMEs to MNCs from various industrials ranging from construction, manufacturing, oil & gas to employment firms (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries for Key Appointment Holders & General Employees). The company is also an approved MOM SIP (Settling in Programme for Foreign Domestic Workers) training center and an approved Food Safety training provider.

AKC conducts workplace and health safety courses as its core business and also offers consultancy, risk management and other specialised training services such as certificate for employment intermediaries. It also has a team of around 100 professionals (comprising full time and part time trainers) skilled in various safety specialisations such as construction safety, scaffolding, shipyard safety, metalworking and welding, amongst others.
