Role Description The BIM Modeller role at DJEC is a full-time, on-site position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The BIM Modeller will develop, update, and manage accurate BIM models for architecture, MEP, and structural disciplines in accordance with project standards and specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include producing construction drawings, coordinating design information with project teams, and ensuring model integrity and compliance with client and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve clashes and design issues, maintaining detailed project documentation, and supporting BIM-related workflows and standards across projects.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM-related workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings for accurate design representation and documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling and coordination.
• Candidates should possess capabilities as a Modeler, including 3D modeling, detailing, and model management.
• Proficiency with relevant BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar) and CAD tools.
• Ability to interpret engineering and architectural plans, specifications, and codes.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in BIM modeling for building or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
