Company Overview
The Dark Gallery crafts exquisite chocolate desserts and specialty beverages, inviting you to discover rich, dark indulgences in a sensory experience of artful chocolate creations.
Job Summary
You will prepare and serve desserts and specialty beverages while engaging customers to ensure a satisfying dining experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, and chocolate beverages, including basic latte art, to meet quality standards
Prepare and plate desserts attractively for customer service
Process payments accurately using cash registers and payment terminals
Engage with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to meet their needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation and customer areas to ensure a safe environment
Work scheduled shifts of 2-3 days per week, including at least one weekend day
Required competencies and certifications
Possess the mandatory Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for safe food handling
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Preferably have at least 1 year of experience working in food and beverage establishments
Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude toward customers and team members
