PROJECT MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION & ID)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Plan, manage, and oversee construction and interior design (ID) works to ensure timely completion within the approved budget and quality standards.

· Monitor project progress, work schedules, manpower, material resources, and overall site operations.

· Ensure all construction and ID works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and safety regulations.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Manage project costs, progress claims, variation orders (VO), and other contractual matters.

· Monitor quality control, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions to minimise delays.

· Prepare project progress reports and ensure timely project completion, defect rectification, and handover to the client.

Job Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering (Others), or an equivalent qualification.

· Minimum of 5 years of working experience, including at least 3 years of experience in Interior Design (ID) works in a similar nature of work as a Project Manager.

· Candidates with a minimum of 10 years of working experience, including at least 5 years of relevant ID experience in a similar Project Manager role, will be preferred.

· Proven experience in managing construction projects, project planning, cost control, quality management, and site coordination.

· Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines within the approved budget.

· Good knowledge of construction methods, project specifications, contractual requirements, and safety regulations.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
