OOAK Stories is a creative agency delivering 360 brand and campaign work across APAC and Travel Retail, with clients including McCormick, Shiseido Group, Burger King and Estée Lauder Group. We work across social and digital campaigns, PR events, retail design, event activations, digital experiences, spatial design, and visual merchandising.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Client Manager with a strong social and integrated campaign background to run day-to-day delivery on their own accounts across FMCG, F&B and Beauty. You know how social and integrated campaigns work in practice: content calendars, launches, KOL coordination and activations.

You care about understanding a brand well enough to pick up where the creative team left off, and you're comfortable moving fast when a campaign turns around in weeks, not months. You are highly independent-minded and bring a maverick quality to working because outcomes matter more than anything. You favor the unorthodox, are fast learning, agile, and adaptable to change. You carry a professional temperament and gravitas; are a passionate and magnetic presenter and a champion of people and agency initiatives.

The Work

• Be the client's trusted day-to-day partner, with a deep understanding of their brands, products and consumers.
• Lead social and integrated campaigns from brief to delivery, including content calendars, launches, KOL programmes and activations.
• Turn briefs into actionable plans, and drive teams to deliver end-to-end campaigns on time, on budget and to a high standard.
•  Keeping communication clear across the agency, clients and partner agencies.
• Partner with strategy, creative and production to shape the work, turning insights into consumer-facing experiences that are on-brief and on-brand.
• Manage cost estimates, invoicing and reconciliations on your jobs, costing from hours and protecting scope.
• Attend shoots, events and edits to ensure smooth execution.
• Grow your accounts by spotting opportunities and supporting proposals and pitches.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 3 to 5 years in agency client servicing, with most of that time in social.
• Experience with F&B & FMCG clients. Beauty or luxury brands are a bonus.
• Comfortable with fast-turnaround promotional work, such as F&B campaigns delivered in about six weeks.
• A solid grasp of social, digital and emerging technology.
• Financial acumen across budgeting, estimating and scope control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting to clients.
• A highly organised approach, with sharp attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Composure under pressure and a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
