Lips Carpenter is a Malaysian-founded beauty brand established in 2018, specialising in gentle lip care and personalised beauty gifting.

What You’ll Do

• Grow event sales: Plan and manage pop-ups and bazaars, coordinate promoters and find ways to improve sales performance and profitability.

• Build new business: Develop partnerships with bridal shops, explore workshops and bring our products into more retail outlets.

• Explore retail expansion: Research mall pop-ups, kiosks and potential permanent retail spaces, evaluating their sales potential and costs.

• Turn ideas into results: Test new approaches, solve problems and find creative ways to grow our offline business.

• Think commercially: Track sales, costs and profitability to help us make smarter business decisions.

Working Style & Compensation

• Flexible working style: Manage your own calendar and organise your work independently, with accountability for results rather than fixed daily routines.

• On-the-go role: Travel around Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley for events, store visits, partner meetings and business development opportunities.

• Guidance and support: You won't be expected to figure everything out alone. You'll receive guidance and support from the founder and team as you learn, develop your ideas and take on greater ownership.

• Base salary + performance bonus:Monthly salary depending on experience, plus a monthly performance bonus.
