Job Summary
Support the Restaurant Manager in executing operational procedures and maintaining service standards to ensure smooth service flow and a consistent guest experience.
Responsibilities
Assist the Restaurant Manager in implementing operational procedures and maintaining service quality standards.
Execute FOH SOPs and POS procedures accurately to support efficient front-of-house operations.
Monitor service team adherence to ordering flows, coursing, and POS accuracy to ensure seamless service delivery.
Assist in implementing new procedures, menus, or operational updates to enhance restaurant performance.
Support daily operational tasks including opening and closing procedures to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
Assist with daily cash handling procedures as required to ensure accurate financial transactions.
Monitor inventory levels of service equipment, tableware, glassware, and FOH supplies, reporting replenishment needs promptly.
Report maintenance or operational issues to management to ensure timely resolution.
Ensure the service team complies with liquor license conditions and practices responsible service of alcohol (RSA).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
Ensure adherence to company operational and safety standards to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
Perform any other duties reasonably incidental or necessary to fulfill the role purpose.
