Your Role & Responsibilities

Conduct personalised consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments.

Perform beauty and skincare treatments, including facials, peels, skin rejuvenation, and massage techniques.

Provide bust care and enhancement treatments in accordance with company procedures and client needs.

Educate clients on treatment processes, skincare routines, and aftercare recommendations.

Build positive client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.

Handle customer payments and collections accurately.

Monitor treatment supplies and maintain sufficient inventory.

Support daily operations and other ad-hoc duties when required.

Who We're Looking For

1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.

Experience in facials or other beauty treatments is an advantage.

Passionate about beauty, skincare, and customer service.

Positive, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Good spoken and written English communication skills.

Comfortable working on weekends.
