Experienced Business Development Manager with Strong Semiconductor Network

Our client is a global provider of electrical and digital infrastructure solutions seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth within the semiconductor sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with semiconductor manufacturers, fabs, OSATs, equipment makers, consultants, and contractors.
• Build and manage strategic customer relationships across engineering, facilities, procurement, and leadership teams.
• Drive product specifications and project opportunities from identification through to award.
• Develop account penetration strategies and expand market share within target customers.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of business development, sales, or key account management experience within the semiconductor or high-tech industries.
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem.
• Established network within semiconductor manufacturers and industry stakeholders.
• Proven ability to independently develop and win new business.
• Knowledge of electrical infrastructure, power distribution, smart building, or energy efficiency solutions is advantageous.
• Strong commercial, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
