WE ARE HIRING – SITE ENGINEER

Abdel Engineering Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and responsible Site Engineer to join our construction team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and site workers.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and site safety.
• Identify and report site issues and assist in resolving construction-related problems.
• Prepare daily and periodic work progress reports.
• Coordinate with project team members, consultants, subcontractors, and other relevant parties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Previous site experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on construction sites and travel when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence is an advantage.
