About the role

Focus Movement is a clinical Pilates and physiotherapy studio at 22 Malacca Street. Our physiotherapists work alongside Polestar-trained Pilates instructors, so clients move from treatment to active rehab to long-term movement practice under one roof. We are hiring physiotherapists at all levels — new graduates, mid-career and senior — and will match the role, pay and support to your experience.

What you'll do

- Assess, diagnose and treat musculoskeletal and sports clients in 1-on-1 sessions

- Design rehab programmes and progress clients into reformer-based clinical Pilates

- Work closely with our Pilates instructors on shared clients

- Keep clear clinical notes and client records in MindBody

- Senior physiotherapists: mentor junior staff and help shape our clinical protocols

What you'll need

- Recognised degree in Physiotherapy

- Full or conditional registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), or eligibility to apply

- Genuine interest in movement-based rehab and Pilates

- Reliable, client-focused, comfortable working rostered shifts including some evenings and weekends

New graduates and overseas-trained physiotherapists are welcome. If you are not yet AHPC-registered, we support the registration process, including supervised practice under our Head Physiotherapist for the conditional-registration period.

What we offer

- Salary: S$6000 – S$15000 per month, matched to your years of experience and registration status

- Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation course, heavily subsidised by the studio under a training agreement

- In-house clinical and Pilates mentoring at no cost, plus subsidised external Polestar mentoring hours

- A small, close-knit clinical team with direct access to senior physiotherapists and instructors
