We are partnering with an established External Asset Management (EAM) office to hire a Private Wealth Client Management Executive to support its private wealth business and deliver a high standard of client service to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in managing and servicing HNW and UHNW clients, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Handle client onboarding, account opening, KYC/AML documentation and periodic reviews in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with private banks, custodians and internal stakeholders on account maintenance, fund transfers, trade instructions and other client requests.
• Prepare client reports, account statements, portfolio updates and presentation materials.
• Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up on pending operational matters to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the private wealth team.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Banking, Business or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, client servicing or relationship management support.
• Familiarity with client onboarding, KYC/AML processes and private banking operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with affluent clients and external stakeholders.
• Meticulous, organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience working with private banks or EAM platforms will be an advantage.
