What You Will Do

• Drive daily site ops & manage progress via MS Project.
• Prepare Two Weeks Look Ahead plans & mini programs.
• Submit RFIs & check joint measurement sketches for claims.
• Lead & mentor 2–3 junior site engineers.
  
  

What You Will Learn

• Launching gantry setup & segmental box girder deck erection.
• Post-tensioning (PT) stressing sequences & tendon details.
• CIDB Grade G7 site management & consultant negotiations.
  
  

Experience You Need

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Solid civil, bridge, or rail site experience.
  
  

Bonus

• Bridge / precast box girder launching
• Launching gantry operation / segmental deck assembly
• Post-tensioning (PT) stressing & tendon sequence
• Deep bored piling & pier head construction
