About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Audiologist / Audiologist to join our team in delivering high-quality, patient-centred hearing care. What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Provide personalised rehabilitation plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aid technologies to improve patient outcomes
• Deliver follow-up care and ongoing support to ensure optimal hearing performance
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and care
• Contribute to clinic growth through community outreach and engagement activities
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology from a recognised institution
• 1–2 years of clinical experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Exposure to a retail hearing care environment will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Compensation Philosophy

Our compensation philosophy is built around delivering high-quality, ethical and patient-focused care, while also supporting sustainable business performance. We aim to offer competitive compensation that reflects each individual’s professional qualifications and clinical expertise, complemented by performance incentives linked to therapy outcomes, patient satisfaction and appropriate product solutions. At the same time, we place strong emphasis on upholding ethical standards, ensuring that the quality of care is always our top priority.

Pay: $3,400.00 - $5,500.00 per month
