Position: IT Account Manager - ERP

Permanent role

Location: Klang valley (willing to travel)

working hours: 9am -6pm (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients to drive account growth and customer retention.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
• Promote the company's IT solutions and services to meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Develop and implement sales plans to target potential customers and increase market share.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business requirements.
• Oversee the entire sales process, including prospecting, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation and closing deals.
• Track sales performance and work towards achieving assigned revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT industry and public sector.
• Experience in account management, business development, and sales negotiations.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
