Prepare the massage room, equipment and supplies before each session.

Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the massage rooms and equipment.

Ensure customers are comfortable and properly prepared before and during the massage session.

Provide basic after-service care and advice for relaxation and comfort.

Handle customers’ enquiries and appointments professionally.

Maintain a clean, safe and pleasant environment for customers.

Follow the company’s service procedures, hygiene standards and workplace rules.
