Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in Johor.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the assigned territory.
• Provide product information, training, and support to clients to ensure effective use of pharmaceutical products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and customer satisfaction.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Medical Representative Should Have

• A degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in sales or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Tender management experience is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare professionals effectively.
• Proficiency in managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the ability to provide product training.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within Johor as required. (Open to candidates based in Melaka)
  
  

What's on Offer

• Annual salary between MYR 72,000 and MYR 108,000.
• Inclusive of basic salary, allowances, and bonus.
