Role Description This full-time remote Business Development Executive role focuses on driving growth for Expecto Health Science’s clinical research and FSP services across the Asia Pacific region and beyond. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through multiple channels, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering client presentations, coordinating proposals, and collaborating with internal operational teams to shape tailored solutions. The Business Development Executive will manage key accounts, nurture long-term client relationships, and support contract negotiations in alignment with company objectives. The role also requires tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing regular updates to leadership on business development activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation for identifying opportunities and building a sustainable pipeline.
• Candidates should possess strong Business acumen, including understanding of clinical research services and the broader life sciences market.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client engagement, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Candidates should possess Account Management capabilities for nurturing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare services business development is highly beneficial.
• Proven track record in B2B sales or partnership development, preferably in an international or regional context.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets within set timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
