Insurance Administration and Coordination

• Support the Insurance Operations Manager in daily administrative and operational activities relating to motor and general insurance.
• Coordinate with insurance providers and relevant stakeholders to obtain new business and renewal quotations.
• Prepare, verify, and process insurance documents, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up.

Insurance Sales and Customer Relationship Management

• Handle motor insurance sales and support insurance sales enquiries from showroom customers.
• Follow up with existing customers on policy renewals and identify relevant renewal opportunities through the Company's customer database.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and insurance companies to facilitate smooth processing of quotations, applications, and renewals.

Professional Standards and General Support

• Conduct all business activities ethically, responsibly, and professionally.
• Address customer requirements while adhering to the Company's policies, procedures, and applicable insurance requirements.
• Undertake other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
