Our company is seeking a

matured and experienced Accounts Executive

to join our finance team. This role supports a

group of companies

involved in trading, investment, and maintenance services, with responsibilities distributed by function. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, dependable, and values a

stable role with good work-life balance

Key Responsibilities:
Handle the

full set of accounts

(GL, AR, AP, Inventory, GST) across multiple entities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for trading, investment, and maintenance operations

Prepare

monthly financial statements

, reports, and reconciliations

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls

Support

month-end and year-end

closing processes

Liaise with

auditors, suppliers

, and internal stakeholders as required

Requirements:
Proven experience managing a

full set of accounts

Strong knowledge of

GL, AR, AP, inventory

, and

GST

Proficient in accounting software and

Microsoft Excel

Fluent in Mandarin

(to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers)

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently

Candidates with

substantial accounting or bookkeeping experience

are strongly encouraged to apply
