Job Description

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for equipment, piping and structural works.

• Prepare cost estimates, tender pricing and quotations.

• Review drawings, specifications and contractual scope.

• Conduct site measurements and verify completed work.

• Prepare monthly progress claims and evaluate subcontractor claims.

• Prepare and manage Variation Order claims.

• Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.

• Monitor project costs, budgets and commercial performance.

• Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement and construction teams.

• Assist with final accounts and project commercial close-out.

• Other ad-hoc duties deemed fit and necessary by the company.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.

• Preferably 3–5 years' relevant experience in mechanical construction/maintenance.

• Experience in equipment, piping and structural steel works is preferred.

• Good knowledge of quantity take-off, estimation, progress claims, VO and cost control.

• Able to work independently and perform site measurements when required.
