Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site works to ensure efficient project execution
• Coordinate with project managers to meet contractual requirements and target dates
• Resolve worksite issues quickly and effectively to maintain progress
• Enforce adherence to all safety regulations among workers and contractors
• Communicate and liaise with customers and main contractors to facilitate smooth operations

Required competencies and certifications

• experience in construction or roofing industry
• Possess BCSS certification
• Hold a Certificate in lifting supervision

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and liaise with customers and main contractors (moved here as communication skill supports duties but is not a mandated certification)
