CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE

• Full-Time (Rotational shift)
• 5 Working days
• 2 off day
• Working Hours: 10am-7pm

REQUIREMENTS :

• Fluent in English & Thai
• Minimumlyear of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal
• communication skills
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• Proficient in Email, Live Chat &communication
• platforms
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong customer-focused attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays

Location : MENARA IMC (Nearby Monorail Bukit Nanas & LRT Dang Wangi)
