Drive student recruitment and enrolment growth by implementing marketing and recruitment strategies
Provide regular market feedback, recommendations on program offering to optimise student recruitment.
Advise prospective students on their student admission processes to the University.
Process student applications efficiently and effectively
Provide ongoing support for students as required, ensuring that their study experience is as productive and rewarding as possible.
Build and manage strategic relationships with key external stakeholders, including student recruitment agents, school counsellors, education institutions, and government representatives.
Drive collaborative marketing initiatives by engaging with corporate and government agencies, University management, and colleagues to maximise marketing opportunities and synergies.
Coordinate marketing communications with the Marketing Unit and external agencies to develop and effectively utilise promotional materials and communication channels.
Maintain appropriate records and budget for all activities and generate regular reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates can be considered).
Candidates with sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Maturity and initiative to work independently and travel as required.
Pleasant personality with strong customer service focus and able to develop good working relationships with students, staff members and external stakeholders.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Excellent communication skills and etiquette across various platforms (phone, email, online chats)
Willingness to learn and focus on converting enquiries and leads into enrolments.
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a consultative and team environment.
Willingness to work overtime and on weekends when required to meet targets and respond promptly to enquiries.
Willingness to travel frequently to develop and attend to student recruitment activities of designated markets.
