LCH Car Rental is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Car Rental Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. This role combines sales, customer service, social media marketing and daily car rental operations. Salary: Basic + High Commision!

Key Responsibilities

• Promote our car rental services through social media and other sales channels.

• Create and publish engaging social media content.

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries.

• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable rental options.

• Prepare quotations, rental agreements and other relevant documents.

• Coordinate vehicle collection and return arrangements.

• Check vehicles before handover and after return.

• Maintain car cleanliness

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Support general administrative and operational duties when required.
  

Requirements

• Possess a valid driving licence.

• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Familiar with social media platforms.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Sales, customer service or social media marketing experience is preferred.

• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.

• Able to work well as part of a team.

• A passion for cars and an interest in the automotive industry would be an advantage.
