Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for providing data-driven financial insights that support strategic decision-making across Insight Genesis – IGAi’s operations and growth initiatives. This role involves building and maintaining financial models, performing variance and trend analysis, and preparing forecasts and budgets for leadership review. The Senior Financial Analyst will analyze financial statements, monitor key performance indicators, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business cases, new product initiatives, and investment opportunities. They will also support financial reporting processes, refine planning frameworks, and contribute to the development of metrics that align financial performance with the company’s AI-driven mission.

• Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and data interpretation.
• Hands-on experience working with Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Practical knowledge of Financial Reporting, including management reports, KPI dashboards, and compliance-related reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a relevant advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and financial modeling software; familiarity with BI or analytics tools is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience in technology, fintech, AI, or data-driven businesses is an advantage.
