We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer who enjoys solving problems, building practical solutions and working with both technology and business teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid D365 CRM development experience who wants to deepen their technical expertise across CRM development, C#/.NET, integrations and Microsoft Azure, while gaining exposure to business-facing projects and the continued evolution of a CRM environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and support solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment.
• Customize and extend D365 CRM based on business and functional requirements.
• Develop C#/.NET plug-ins, custom functionality and automated workflows.
• Contribute to the technical design and implementation of CRM solutions, including future Marketing Automation initiatives.
• Develop interfaces and integrations between Dynamics 365 and other applications using REST, SOAP and Azure Services.
• Work with business analysts and business teams to understand requirements and recommend practical CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with IT architects and other technical stakeholders throughout development and implementation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve existing CRM solutions.
• Share technical ideas, explore better ways of working and contribute to the ongoing development of the CRM landscape.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience working with Dynamics 365 Service and/or Sales modules.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET.
• Hands-on experience with D365 customization, plug-in development and workflow automation.
• Solid experience in interface development and system integration.
• Experience working with REST and/or SOAP services.
• Practical exposure to Microsoft Azure Services.
• Comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to translate requirements into workable technical solutions.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft certifications would be an advantage.
