Proven experience in premium retail, preferably in a similar role.

Proficiency in English is compulsory to engage effectively with customers.

Strong understanding of premium apparel, market trends, and clientele techniques.

Team-oriented.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual and operational standards.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand’s premium standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, to foster loyalty and repeat purchases.

Drive sales to achieve individual and store KPIs, using product knowledge to make tailored recommendations.

Assist in maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards, ensuring the presentation aligns with brand guidelines.

Support store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness.

Develop their customer service and retail sales skills and uphold service excellence.

Handle escalated customer queries and ensure effective problem resolution.

Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to enhance client interactions.
