Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

• Support Configuration Services Project Managers in executing custom and complex customer projects
• Review customer documentation and create project profiles in Financial Force (FF) Submit and track projects through engineering lifecycle
• Coordinate setup of project-specific part numbers and system configurations
• Organize interdepartmental activities across sales, engineering, and operations
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed
• Provide regular status updates and reporting

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as primary liaison between Project Managers, Project Engineering, Sales, Customers, and Operations
• Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Participate in customer meetings, discussions, and planning sessions
• Act as day-to-day point of contact for project-related activities

Delivery & Quality Management

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
• Assist in project planning including schedules, resources, and governance
• Support quality assurance and validation of deliverables
• Identify risks, manage escalations, and drive issue resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiencies

Operational & Technical Support

• Work with Company's systems and tools such as DOMS, FF, OFS, EBI, PET Tool, and FMT
• Support deployment toolsets and configuration services execution
• Assist in implementation planning and delivery oversight
• Analyze performance and recommend process improvements

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, sales operations or a related field. Relevant internship experience is also can be consider.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
• Technical knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems or deployment environments is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Project Management, Engineering, Business or a related discipline is preferred; Diploma with relevant experience will also be considered.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; Mandarin is preferred.
• Comfortable working permanent night shift.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
