About the Role

We are looking for a SQL Server and .NET Cloud Operations Specialist to operate and support cloud and hybrid enterprise application-hosting platforms.

The role will focus on SQL Server, Azure SQL Managed Instance, .NET enterprise applications, and Azure application services.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support SQL Server and Azure SQL Managed Instance environments.
• Support the hosting and operation of .NET-based enterprise applications.
• Support Azure application-hosting services.
• Perform platform monitoring, patching, and backup coordination.
• Troubleshoot application, hosting, and database-related incidents.
• Support integrations and dependencies between application platforms and on-premises SharePoint environments.
• Provide cross-platform support for on-premises SharePoint workloads when required.
• Manage SSL certificates for supported application environments.
• Provide basic operational coverage for SharePoint services when needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting SQL Server and .NET platforms.
• Experience operating cloud and hybrid application-hosting environments.
• Knowledge of Azure SQL Managed Instance and Azure Application Services.
• Experience with Azure Key Vault and PowerShell.
• Experience supporting application platforms integrated with on-premises SharePoint.
• Strong application and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with monitoring, patching, backups, and SSL certificate management.
