Job Summary
You will supervise food stall operations, ensuring cleanliness, smooth opening and closing processes, and excellent customer service while training staff and handling feedback in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Communicate confidently with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Inspect and maintain overall cleanliness of the food stall to meet company standards
Train staff effectively to uphold service quality and operational procedures
Follow and enforce company policies and procedures consistently
Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly to enhance service experience
Manage opening and closing processes to ensure operational readiness and security
Adapt quickly and think on your feet to handle fast-paced work demands
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
Work night shifts and public holidays as required, maintaining professionalism and energy
Required competencies and certifications
Experience in a supervisory role managing food stall operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and team members
Service-oriented mindset with excellent customer service attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Quick learner with the ability to think and respond rapidly under pressure
