Role Description The Warehouse Incharge role is a full-time, on-site position based in Georgetown. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and finished goods in line with company procedures. The Warehouse Incharge monitors stock levels, coordinates inventory counts, and ensures accurate documentation in inventory systems. The role includes supervising warehouse activities, organizing workflows, and maintaining safe and efficient use of equipment, including forklifts where applicable. The Warehouse Incharge works closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability, adherence to quality and safety standards, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate records and support effective material planning.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to manage stock rotation, minimize discrepancies, and optimize warehouse space utilization.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to coordinate daily warehouse activities, improve workflows, and meet operational targets.
• Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills and valid certification, with a focus on safe handling and movement of goods.
• Relevant experience in warehouse supervision or similar roles within manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Ability to use warehouse management systems or ERP software, and proficiency in basic MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field is beneficial.
