Role Description The Management Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur. The intern will support daily management activities, including data collection, preparing reports, and assisting with planning and coordination of operational tasks. Responsibilities may include conducting basic research, helping track project timelines, supporting internal communication between teams, and contributing to process documentation. The intern will attend meetings, take minutes, follow up on action items, and support managers with administrative and organizational tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to business operations and the opportunity to contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflows.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and comfort working with data.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow through on assigned responsibilities.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in business operations, project coordination, or management consulting is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced, on-site work setting in Kuala Lumpur.
