Job Summary

Manage accounts payable and receivable, maintain accurate financial records, assist with bank reconciliations, and support basic accounting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable by verifying and handling supplier invoices and payments to ensure accurate financial transactions
• Maintain detailed records of expenses, petty cash, and staff reimbursements to support financial tracking and reporting
• Verify supplier invoices against delivery orders and purchase records to ensure billing accuracy
• Assist in preparing monthly bank reconciliations and basic financial reports to support financial oversight
• Monitor and track outstanding supplier payments and invoices to maintain up-to-date accounts
• Organize and maintain accounting documents and records for easy retrieval and compliance
• Perform basic accounting and administrative duties as needed to support the finance team

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with accounting software XERO and Microsoft Excel to efficiently manage financial data
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy
• Ability to work independently while handling confidential financial information responsibly
• Basic knowledge of finance work processes to support accounting tasks effectively

Working Arrangement

• Part-time position (3 times a week).
• Suitable for someone supporting the bookkeeping needs of a small F&B business.
