Accounts • Rental Administration • HR Support
At Awakened Essence, we provide accommodation in Singapore. Join us to support accounts, rental administration and daily office operations. We use AI tools and value people who learn, accept feedback and improve processes.
What You’ll Do
• Prepare invoices, receipts and payment records.
• Track rent, expenses and outstanding balances; follow up on payments.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and prepare documents for payment approval.
• Handle petty cash, expense records and staff claims.
• Reply to tenant enquiries via WhatsApp, email and calls.
• Prepare tenancy documents and support move-ins and move-outs.
• Coordinate cleaner schedules and maintain property and tenant records.
• Assist with attendance, leave and employee records.
• Collate timesheets for payroll review.
• Learn and use AI tools, checking work for accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
• Preferably 1–3 years of accounts or admin experience.
• Bookkeeping knowledge and confidence with figures.
• Full-set accounts experience is a plus.
• Organised, detail-oriented and consistent in following through.
• Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information.
• Willing to learn, adapt and contribute ideas.
