Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor, identify and highlight potential NPI quality risks to the NPI team and area owners.
• Set up, monitor and review NPI product parameter control limits in the system.
• Coordinate and communicate with different functional teams to complete NPI quality tasks.
• Facilitate and support the completion of new product PFMEA and Process Control Plan (PCP).
• Manage NPI quality documentation and support quality system and process audits.
• Plan, arrange and review NPI product reliability plans and sample submissions to meet customer requirements.
• Supervise and coach NPI Quality Engineers and Technicians, including coordinating daily quality activities.
• Act as the main contact person for NPI Quality Engineering and coordinate quality matters with TD, NPI, Production and other departments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
• Experience in NPI Quality Control, Process Engineering or similar fields within the Electronics, PCB or Semiconductor industries.
• PCB industry experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, Quality Audit, VDA 6.3/6.5, SPC, JMP or Minitab, FMEA, Control Plan and MSA.
• Strong quality mindset, independent, good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
