Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial, operational, payment, and business performance data.
• Review reports, processes, reconciliations, and operational controls.
• Identify discrepancies, trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Support business planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support management decision-making.
• Participate in process improvement and business optimization projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Gain exposure to different business functions and operational processes.
• Take on management-related projects and broader responsibilities as part of the Management Trainee Program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Payment, or a related field.
• 3 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Payment, Data Analysis, Audit, FP&A, Financial Analysis, Business Operations, or related functions.
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting/financial systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers, data, and reports.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheet
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide practical business recommendations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and evaluate business processes.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take on broader responsibilities.
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn across different business functions.
