About the Roles

We are seeking a Copier Technician to join a printing organization based in Senai. This is a permanent role with a Monday to Friday schedule (9.00am – 6.00pm), offering a basic salary of up to RM3,500 plus variable bonus. The role provides an opportunity to support copier and printer servicing, testing, and technical operations within a professional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain, service, and troubleshoot copier machines and printers.
• Inspect incoming stock to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Conduct testing of copier machines and printers using assigned samples.
• Provide technical feedback and prepare reports on sample and product quality.
• Handle customer site visits to diagnose and resolve faulty product issues when required.
• Organize and maintain records of testing samples, defective items, and related documentation.
• Carry out other assigned tasks and responsibilities as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum secondary school qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in repairing copier machines.
• Experience servicing copier or printer brands such as Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba, Konica Minolta, Xerox, or Kyocera will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with copier and printer software applications, installation processes, and on-site network connectivity testing.
