Responsibilities

1.

Own NPI for precision CNC-machined semiconductor equipment components. Review customer drawing & specification, conduct DFM feasibility study, evaluate cost, yield and lead-time.

2.

Drive prototype, pilot run and mass-production ramp-up. Work closely with CNC workshop and external vendors, resolve dimensional, cosmetic & assembly issues, improve production yield.

3.

Generate & maintain drawing, BOM, inspection specification, perform GD&T tolerance analysis, define critical characteristics for quality control.

4.

Lead continuous improvement for mature products: optimize machining process & fixture, reduce cost & lead-time. Handle non-conformity, issue 8D / MRB documents.

5.

Communicate with R&D and customers for technical clarification, manage ECR/ECO change control and follow up validation result.

6.

Build internal process knowledge base for metal material, surface treatment (anodizing, passivation, sandblasting).

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
