Duration: 6months contract
Salary Range: $3000 to $4000
Working Location: Paya Lebar

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in accordance with contracts, milestones, and supporting documentation
Perform billing accuracy checks, including reconciliation against sales orders, work orders, and approved billing requests
Coordinate with Operations, Contract Administration, and Commercial teams to resolve billing queries and discrepancies
Support month-end closing activities, including revenue recognition and billing cut-off processes
Monitor billing status and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely and accurate billing
Support ad hoc reporting and analysis related to billing performance and revenue tracking

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
2–4 years of relevant billing or finance operations experience
Strong attention to detail with ability to work under tight deadlines
